IT Consulting & Software company MosChip Technologies announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: Reported at Rs 15,554.95 lakh for Q4FY26. This reflects a QoQ increase of 3.25% (from Rs 15,065.02 lakh in Q3FY26) and a YoY increase of 15.29% (from Rs 13,492.24 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, the total income was Rs 59,062.84 lakh, up by 25.48% YoY compared to Rs 47,069.82 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 15,322.76 lakh for Q4FY26, reflecting a QoQ increase of 2.57% (from Rs 14,939.06 lakh in Q3FY26) and a YoY increase of 13.75% (from Rs 13,470.72 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, revenue from operations reached Rs 58,514.84 lakh, up by 25.34% YoY from Rs 46,684.19 lakh in FY25. Net Profit After Tax: Reported at Rs 794.54 lakh for Q4FY26, showing a QoQ growth of 84.66% (from Rs 430.27 lakh in Q3FY26) and a YoY decline of 8.76% (from Rs 870.82 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, net profit was Rs 3,520.43 lakh, an increase of 5.54% YoY compared to Rs 3,335.75 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for FY26 stood at Rs 1.83, compared to Rs 1.76 in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: Reported at Rs 14,011.02 lakh for Q4FY26, marking a QoQ increase of 4.96% (from Rs 13,348.57 lakh in Q3FY26) and a YoY increase of 14.63% (from Rs 12,223.07 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, total income stood at Rs 52,613.45 lakh, up by 22.40% YoY compared to Rs 42,983.47 lakh in FY25. Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 13,842.03 lakh for Q4FY26, reflecting a QoQ increase of 4.71% (from Rs 13,219.01 lakh in Q3FY26) and a YoY increase of 13.44% (from Rs 12,201.95 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, revenue was Rs 52,122.02 lakh, an increase of 22.37% YoY from Rs 42,593.00 lakh in FY25. Net Profit After Tax: Reported at Rs 227.64 lakh for Q4FY26, representing a QoQ decline of 13.56% (from Rs 263.36 lakh in Q3FY26) and a YoY decline of 63.90% (from Rs 630.62 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, net profit stood at Rs 2,362.92 lakh, down by 3.79% YoY compared to Rs 2,456.03 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment-wise Performance: Silicon Engineering Solutions: Revenue for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 12,886.08 lakh, compared to Rs 12,102.60 lakh in Q3FY26 and Rs 10,445.38 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, segment revenue was Rs 47,056.52 lakh. Product Engineering Solutions: Revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 2,436.68 lakh, compared to Rs 2,836.46 lakh in Q3FY26 and Rs 3,025.34 lakh in Q4FY25. For FY26, segment revenue was Rs 11,458.32 lakh. Scheme of Amalgamation: The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal approved the scheme of amalgamation for the merger of wholly-owned subsidiaries Softnautics Inc and Softnautics Private Limited with Moschip Technologies Limited. The appointed date for the scheme is April 4, 2025. The scheme has been accounted for under the "Pooling of Interests Method," and prior period numbers have been restated to give effect to this merger. Impact of New Labour Codes: The company accounted for an 'Exceptional Item' of Rs 581.86 lakh during the year, which represents an increase in gratuity liability arising out of past service cost and an increase in leave liability due to the notification of The Labour Codes by the Government of India. ESOP Allotment: The Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 85,604 equity shares (face value of Rs 10/- each) to eligible employees upon the exercise of vested options, realizing 49.31 lakh (excluding tax).
