IT Consulting & Software company MosChip Technologies announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: The company reported a total income of Rs 11,845.08 lakh in Q1FY27, representing a decrease of 23.85% QoQ from Rs 15,554.95 lakh in Q4FY26 and a decline of 13.10% YoY from Rs 13,630.18 lakh in Q1FY26. Revenue from Operations: Revenue stood at Rs 11,621.30 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 15,322.76 lakh in Q4FY26 (down 24.16% QoQ) and Rs 13,558.68 lakh in Q1FY26 (down 14.29% YoY). Net Profit: The company earned a net profit of Rs 244.67 lakh in Q1FY27, showing a significant decline of 69.21% QoQ from Rs 794.54 lakh in Q4FY26 and a decrease of 77.60% YoY from Rs 1,092.48 lakh in Q1FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT for Q1FY27 was Rs 365.65 lakh, down from Rs 671.13 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 1,147.81 lakh in Q1FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: This parameter was reported at Rs 376.35 lakh for Q1FY27, as against Rs 1,105.78 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 1,077.78 lakh in Q1FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 0.13, compared to Rs 0.41 in Q4FY26 and Rs 0.57 in Q1FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Total Income: Standalone total income was Rs 10,316.49 lakh in Q1FY27, marking a decrease of 26.37% QoQ from Rs 14,011.02 lakh in Q4FY26 and a decline of 14.61% YoY from Rs 12,081.44 lakh in Q1FY26. Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue reached Rs 10,115.08 lakh in Q1FY27, down from Rs 13,842.03 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 12,010.64 lakh in Q1FY26. Net Profit: The standalone net profit for Q1FY27 was Rs 19.94 lakh, representing a decline of 91.24% QoQ from Rs 227.64 lakh in Q4FY26 and a drop of 97.80% YoY from Rs 905.03 lakh in Q1FY26. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: Silicon Engineering Solutions: This segment generated revenue of Rs 9,780.55 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 12,886.08 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 10,272.42 lakh in Q1FY26. Product Engineering Solutions: Revenue for this segment was Rs 1,840.75 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 2,436.68 lakh in Q4FY26 and Rs 3,286.26 lakh in Q1FY26. Merger Update: Following an order from the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) dated 25 March 2026, the company approved the scheme of amalgamation for the merger of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Softnautics Inc and Softnautics Private Limited, with MosChip Technologies Limited. The appointed date for the merger was April 04, 2025. Employee Stock Options: The Nomination & Remuneration Committee granted 3,57,000 Employee Stock Options (ESOP) to eligible employees under the existing schemes during the meeting held on July 24, 2026. Restatement of Figures: Consequent to the merger of Softnautics Inc and Softnautics Private Limited, the comparative standalone financial information for Q1FY26 has been restated to give effect to the amalgamation.
