Pursuant to SEBI circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-POD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated 2nd July 2025, shareholders are informed that, a special window is opened only for re-lodgment of transfer requests of physical shares lodged prior to April 01, 2019, and which were rejected/returned/not attended to, due to deficiency in the documents/ process/or otherwise. This facility of re-lodgment is available from July 07, 2025 to January 06, 2026. Shareholders are requested to re-lodge such cases with the RTA or Company, latest by January 06, 2026 .
