In compliance with Sec.13 read with Sec. 15 of the IBC, 2016 and Regulation 6 of IBBI CIRP Regulations, 2016, the IRP published Form A on 17th August, 2024 in Business Standard - all India Edition (English newspaper), Lakshadweep - Mumbai Edition in Marathi language and Mana Telangana - in Telugu language and a corrigendum Notice was published on 23rd August, 2024 rectifying a clerical error in the Form A inviting claims from the creditors of the Corporate Debtor (the Company)
