With regard to the above subject, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022. All the Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period.
