The management has accepted her resignation relieved her from his duties and responsibilites w.e.f 09.04.2026. Further, Mr. Rajesh Gupta, Managing Director & CFO shall act as Compliance Officer for all listing regulations compliance until appointment of new company secretary cum compliance officer.
