("Company) w.e.f. 20th April, 2026. Ms. Kirti is a qualified Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India. She will also act as the Compliance Officer of the Company pursuant to Regulation 6 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. We request you to take the same of record. The said appointment has been approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. April 20, 2026 upon recommendation received from Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
