Pursuent to the SEBI Regulations,2015 and company code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for dealing insecurities of the company for alldesignatewd person and the connected person including the immediate relatives will be closed from tuesday 1st april 2025 till end of 48hours after declaring the audited financial results for quarter and year ended 31st March 2025.
