The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons of the Company as defined in the Company''s code and PIT Regulations 2015, with effect from Wednesday, January 01, 2025 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2024.
