Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2026, under Regulation 33 along with Auditor's Report issued by MSKA & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors thereon along with necessary documents. 2. approved the appointment of Mr. Vimal Mishra (DIN: 11632889) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director) of the Company, effective today ( May 22, 2026), subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
