In compliance of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the ''Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information'' of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the ''Designated Persons'' including their immediate relatives and ''Insiders'' as defined in the Company''s Code and in the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 with effect from Saturday, 1st October, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022.
