Corp Limited - Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the trading window for dealing in the securities of D. B. Corp Limited (''the Company'') shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from October 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025.
