Pursuant to SEBI (PIT), Regulations 2015 and Companies "Code of conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives" the trading window for trading in equity shares of the Company will be closed for the designated persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, the 1st January, 2025 to Thursday, the 30th January, 2025 (both days inclusive).
