Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our letter dated February 7, 2024, we wish to inform that the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ("RTA") of the Company has been changed from "Link Intime India Private Limited" to "Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited w.e.f. August 30, 2024. Letters received from National Securities Depository Limited dated August 29, 2024 and Central Depository Services (India) Private Limited dated August 30, 2024, are enclosed herewith. Further in terms of Regulation 7 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a tripartie agreement between the company, Link intime India Private Limited (Previous RTA) and Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited (New RTA) is under process and the same will be intimated in due course.
