In terms of Regulation 30 read with Part A, Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Beezaasan Explotech Limited ('Company') at its Meeting held today i.e., September 4, 2025 has inter alia approved to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary namely Beezaasan Safetycord Limited by subscribing the share capital of the Company.
