The copy of the same along with statement of Assets and Liabilities, Audit Report and the declaration pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed herewith. Further this statement has been prepared in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (IND-AS) prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other recognized accounting practices and policies to the extent applicable.
