Thaletec GmbH, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, has acquired 100% of the equity share capital of HLE Surface Technologies GmbH (formerly known as Blitz F25-14 GmbH) on 28th July, 2025 and consequent to this acquisition, it has become a Wholly Owned Step-down Subsidiary of the Company.
