ACME Solar Holdings Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, November 03, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Further, as per communication vide our previous letter dated September 24, 2025, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from October 01, 2025 and further it shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results i.e. till November 05, 2025 (both days inclusive) in terms of Company's 'Insider trading code', framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
