Green & Renewable Energy company ACME Solar Holdings announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Consolidated Revenue from Operations for Q1FY27 reached Rs 8,575.00 million, representing a YoY increase of 67.81% from Rs 5,109.84 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 56.52% from Rs 5,478.54 million in Q4FY26. For the full year FY26, consolidated revenue was Rs 20,233.79 million. Consolidated Total Income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 9,537.73 million, reflecting a YoY growth of 63.32% compared to Rs 5,839.90 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ growth of 35.30% from Rs 7,049.12 million in Q4FY26. Profit before tax for Q1FY27 was reported at Rs 3,314.64 million, marking a YoY increase of 90.07% from Rs 1,743.93 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 74.49% from Rs 1,899.62 million in Q4FY26. Net Profit for the period attributable to the owners of the company for Q1FY27 was Rs 2,353.30 million, showing a YoY growth of 79.87% from Rs 1,308.30 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ growth of 68.92% from Rs 1,393.17 million in Q4FY26. Total comprehensive income for the period in Q1FY27 was Rs 2,405.86 million, an increase of 80.13% YoY compared to Rs 1,335.65 million in Q1FY26 and an increase of 73.24% QoQ from Rs 1,388.74 million in Q4FY26. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q1FY27 was Rs 3.71, compared to Rs 2.16 in Q1FY26 and Rs 2.30 in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Standalone Revenue from Operations for Q1FY27 was Rs 22,663.06 million, reflecting a significant YoY growth of 701.75% from Rs 2,826.58 million in Q1FY26, while showing a marginal QoQ decrease of 4.70% from Rs 23,781.98 million in Q4FY26. The standalone revenue for FY26 was Rs 39,109.50 million. Standalone Total Income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 23,582.75 million, showing a YoY growth of 547.90% from Rs 3,639.85 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decline of 6.63% from Rs 25,258.67 million in Q4FY26. Standalone Profit before tax for Q1FY27 reached Rs 1,630.56 million, compared to Rs 10.89 million in Q1FY26 (a YoY increase of 14,873.00%) and Rs 3,701.67 million in Q4FY26 (a QoQ decline of 55.95%). Standalone Profit for the period for Q1FY27 was Rs 1,217.03 million, an increase of 14,869.62% YoY from Rs 8.13 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decrease of 55.97% from Rs 2,764.42 million in Q4FY26. Standalone Total comprehensive income for the period stood at Rs 1,271.06 million for Q1FY27, compared to Rs 35.73 million in Q1FY26 and Rs 2,768.99 million in Q4FY26. Basic EPS for Q1FY27 was reported at Rs 1.92, against Rs 0.01 in Q1FY26 and Rs 4.57 in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: QIP Proceeds Utilization: The Company has issued 100,178,890 equity shares through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). Out of the net proceeds of Rs 27,629.04 million, the following utilization was recorded as at 30 June 2026: Repayment / pre-payment, in part or in full, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by or sanctioned to the Company and certain of its Subsidiaries: Amount utilized upto 30 June 2026: Rs 4,110.10 million. General Corporate Purpose: Amount utilized upto 30 June 2026: Rs 6,600.00 million. ESOP Scheme Allotment: "During the quarter ended 30 June 2026, the Company has allotted 723,642 equity shares of Rs 2 each to the Employee Welfare Trust ('the Trust') under the ESOP Scheme 2025. The Trust has transferred 54,433 shares to eligible employees upon exercise of vested options during the quarter ended 30 June 2026." New Subsidiary Incorporations: Five new subsidiaries, ACME Greentech Twenty Private Limited, ACME Greentech Twenty One Private Limited, ACME Greentech Twenty Two Private Limited, ACME Greentech Twenty Three Private Limited, and ACME Greentech Twenty Four Private Limited, were incorporated between 09 May 2026 and 11 May 2026.
