This is to inform you that the shares of the Company was listed on stock exchanges i.e. BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited with effect from 11th September 2024. However the Board of Directors prior to the listing of Company's shares in the stock exchanges decided to convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Friday, 27th September 2024 at 02.30 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at Pollachi Road, Malumachampatti Post, Coimbatore - 641 050. The Notice along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2023-24 was sent to all members as on 30th August, 2024. The dispatch of these documents through electronic and physical mode has been completed on 05th September 2024 prior to the listing of Company's shares. The Company being presently a listed company, is enclosing the following documents pursuant to Regulation 34(1) read with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
