Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that in accordance with the powers conferred by the Board of Directors of Ceigall India Limited ('the Company'), the Management Committee of the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today i.e. 25th March, 2026 has considered and authorised the execution of a Non-Binding Offer (NBO) letter received from an Asset Management Company in connection with the proposed sale of 100% equity stake in its subsidiaries namely: 1. Ceigall Jalbehra Shahbad Greenfield Highway Private Limited, and 2. Ceigall Bathinda Dabwali Highways Private Limited. The proposed transaction, if consummated, shall be subject to completion of due diligence, negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, receipt of requisite regulatory, statutory, lender and other approvals, as may be applicable.
