Pursuant to the policy for prevention of insider trading, code of conduct of the company read with SEBI PIT regulations, the trading window shall remain closed for the designated persons / insider traders including their immediate relatives beginning from 1st January,2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2025 by the Board of Directors of the Company and filed with Stock Exchanges.
