Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 01st April, 2025 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2025.
