Consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025; Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st October, 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025.
