In continuation of our letter dated 6th November 2025 and In compliance with Regulation 30 & 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform to the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Thursday, 13th November, 2025 has inter alia, considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2025, along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the company.
