Apparels & Accessories company KDDL announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Consolidated revenue for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 57,499 lakh, representing a QoQ decrease of 3.64% compared to Rs 59,672 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY growth of 37.04% compared to Rs 41,958 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue reached Rs 2,15,343 lakh, showing a YoY growth of 30.68% over Rs 1,64,788 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Total consolidated income for Q4FY26 was Rs 58,465 lakh, down 4.97% QoQ from Rs 61,522 lakh in Q3FY26 and up 35.63% YoY from Rs 43,106 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, total income was Rs 2,20,777 lakh compared to Rs 1,69,457 lakh in FY25. Net Profit for the Period: The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 3,454 lakh in Q4FY26, a QoQ decrease of 9.79% from Rs 3,829 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY growth of 9.44% from Rs 3,156 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, consolidated net profit stood at Rs 13,518 lakh, representing a YoY decrease of 5.00% compared to Rs 14,229 lakh in FY25. Total Comprehensive Income: For Q4FY26, total comprehensive income was Rs 3,784 lakh. The full year FY26 total comprehensive income was Rs 14,941 lakh compared to Rs 14,485 lakh in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 14,747 lakh, up 27.60% QoQ from Rs 11,557 lakh in Q3FY26 and up 49.14% YoY from Rs 9,888 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue was Rs 49,580 lakh, a YoY growth of 34.16% over Rs 36,957 lakh in FY25. Total Income: Total standalone income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 14,525 lakh, showing a QoQ growth of 5.90% from Rs 13,716 lakh and a YoY growth of 42.04% from Rs 10,226 lakh. For the full year FY26, total income reached Rs 52,406 lakh compared to Rs 38,364 lakh in FY25. Net Profit for the Period: Standalone net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 1,979 lakh, a QoQ decrease of 35.01% from Rs 3,045 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY growth of 140.17% from Rs 824 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, standalone net profit was Rs 7,660 lakh, representing a YoY growth of 55.56% over Rs 4,924 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Final Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 8 per equity share (80%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Ethos Limited Rights Issue: During the year, the subsidiary Ethos Limited completed a Rights Issue of 22,77,250 equity shares at Rs 1,800 per share (including a premium of Rs 1,790 per share), aggregating to Rs 40,991 lakh. Post-transaction, KDDL holds 50.11% shareholding in Ethos Limited. Subsidiary Incorporation: Ethos Limited incorporated a new subsidiary, "Micron Watch Services Private Limited," on August 22, 2025, focused on watch service and repair centers. Strategic Acquisition: KDDL acquired 1,000 equity shares of Kamla International Holdings SA for Rs 1,623 lakh via conversion of an outstanding loan. Investment in Ethos: The company invested Rs 199 lakh to acquire 11,058 Rights Equity Shares of Ethos Limited at a price of Rs 1,800 per share. Labour Code Impact: The company provisionally estimated an incremental impact of Rs 62 lakh (standalone) and Rs 244 lakh (consolidated) towards gratuity for FY26 due to the notification of new Labour Codes. Segment-wise Performance (Consolidated FY26): Precision and watch components: Reported revenue of Rs 50,339 lakh and segment profit (before tax and finance cost) of Rs 10,557 lakh.
