This is in furtherance to our earlier announcement dated August 20, 2025 wherein we had informed the Exchanges that the Company has fixed Monday, September 08, 2025 as the 'Record Date' for determining the Members eligible to receive final dividend for the financial year 2024-25 pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company has been advised by the NSE and BSE vide their email dated September 04, 2025 and September 05, 2025 respectively to revise the Record Date to Tuesday, September 09, 2025 due to declaration of September 08, 2025 as a Clearing/Settlement Holiday by Reserve Bank of India vide press release 2025-2026/1042 dated September 04, 2025. Accordingly, the Record date earlier fixed as 'September 08, 2025' stands revised to 'September 09, 2025'.
