1.Approved Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June '2026 (Standalone and Consolidated) after review by its Audit Committee. 2.The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, considered and approved the revision in the remuneration payable to M/s. Rao & Shyam Chartered Accountants, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number: 006186S) Statutory Auditors of the Company, for conducting the statutory audit of the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year 2026-2027. The revised remuneration shall be payable in accordance with the terms and conditions as approved by the Board, together with applicable taxes and reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the audit. The aforesaid meeting commenced at 04.00 P.M. and concluded at 06:30 PM
