With reference to our intimation dated April 22, 2025, inter alia with regard to the proposed acquisition of discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio management services business of Credit Suisse Securities (India) Private Limited, on a slump sale basis, by 360 ONE Portfolio Managers Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of 360 ONE WAM LIMITED, we would like to update that necessary approval from SEBI is received on Monday, July 7, 2025, for aforesaid acquisition.
