This is further to intimation dated April 20, 2026, we wish to inform you that 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management Limited has completed the acquisition of Quark Solar''s entire paid-up capital on fully diluted basis. Accordingly, Quark Solar has become wholly owned subsidiary of 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management Limited and step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company w.e.f April 30, 2026.
