Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of MSTC Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on 26th March, 2025 inter alia declared 3rd Interim Dividend @ 45% i.e. Rs. 4.50 per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2024-25. The interim dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration.
