The Board of Directors of MSTC Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on 10th July, 2026, inter alia considered and approved Alteration in Objects clause of the Memorandum of Association (MoA) of the Company by inserting new clause with respect to business of travel agencies, tour operators, tourist agents and allied activities through web-based platforms or otherwise, subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company. The approval of shareholders will be sought through postal ballot, the details of which will be provided in due course.
