Recommendation for appointment of M/s Dedhia Shah & Partners LLP, Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the first term of 5 consecutive years commencing from Financial Year 2025-26 to Financial Year 2029-30, subject to approval of shareholders'' of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
