The "Trading Window" for trading/dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from 1st January 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ending on 31st December 2025 for the Directors, Designated Employees, Key Managerial Personnel and other Connected Persons as covered under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
