Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held through video Conferencing, inter alia transacted the following matters: Implementation of Scheme for Supreme Infrastructure: The Board noted that Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 ('Scheme') between Supreme Infrastructure India Limited ('the Company') and its Financial Creditors under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 which was duly approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) vide its order dated 28th March 2025 ('said NCLT Order') has been substantially honoured (more than 90% payouts completed as per the Scheme).
