The term of Mr. Ian Williamson and Mr. Suresh Shetty, Independent Directors of the Company will end from closure of the business hours of March 31, 2023. 2. Appointment of Mr. Bhagya Chandra Rao as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) with effect from April 1, 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
