This is to inform you that Tuesday, 20th August, 2024 shall be the Record Date for the Interim Dividend if any, declared at the Board Meeting to be held on Friday, 09th August, 2024. The Payment for the Interim Dividend if any, declared shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
