As per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window shall be closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company with effect from 1st January 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December 2022.
