As per the SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall be closed for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives of the Company w.e.f. 1st January, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended 31st December, 2023.
