Pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by designated persons, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from October 1, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/half year ending on September 30, 2024.
