Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), we hereby submit the details of the Demand cum Show cause Notice received by the Company from the office of the Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Local Goods and Service Tax Office, Kolar, Karnataka. The Company will be filling appropriate response to the said Notice within the prescribed timeline.
