In continuation to the earlier letter dated 15th December, 2025, we hereby inform that Mr. Pankaj Gupta, Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company has ceased to be in such capacity w.e.f. closure of business hours of 31st December, 2025 pursuant to the resignation tendered by him.
