IT Consulting & Software company Expleo Solutions announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: The company reported a revenue of Rs 2,915.49 million in Q1FY27, representing a QoQ growth of 1.84% from Rs 2,862.75 million in Q4FY26 and a YoY increase of 12.29% from Rs 2,596.47 million in Q1FY26. Total Income: Total income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 2,984.75 million, compared to Rs 2,988.53 million in Q4FY26 and Rs 2,665.92 million in Q1FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT reached Rs 442.41 million in Q1FY27, reflecting a QoQ decline of 13.05% from Rs 508.83 million in Q4FY26, but a YoY growth of 56.02% from Rs 283.56 million in Q1FY26. Net Profit: The company earned a net profit of Rs 341.80 million in Q1FY27, which is a QoQ decrease of 17.98% from Rs 416.70 million in Q4FY26 and a YoY growth of 67.34% from Rs 204.25 million in Q1FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: This parameter was Rs 353.46 million in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 493.10 million in Q4FY26 and Rs 247.20 million in Q1FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for Q1FY27 was Rs 22.02, as against Rs 26.85 in Q4FY26 and Rs 13.16 in Q1FY26. Full Year Performance: For the full year ended March 31, 2026 (FY26), the company reported a total income of Rs 11,458.51 million and a net profit of Rs 1,239.82 million. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue reached Rs 2,556.66 million in Q1FY27, a QoQ increase of 3.70% from Rs 2,465.42 million in Q4FY26 and a YoY increase of 15.54% from Rs 2,212.83 million in Q1FY26. Net Profit: Standalone net profit stood at Rs 291.40 million in Q1FY27, reflecting a QoQ decrease of 18.58% from Rs 357.90 million in Q4FY26 and a YoY growth of 97.32% from Rs 147.68 million in Q1FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Standalone Basic EPS was Rs 18.78 in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 23.06 in Q4FY26 and Rs 9.52 in Q1FY26. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The company operates in a single reportable business segment, namely Software Validation, Verification, Development, and Engineering/Consultancy & other services. New Subsidiary Incorporation: The company incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, "Expleo Solutions Gift IFSC Limited," on June 14, 2026, in India. The company is currently in the process of completing regulatory formalities to transfer initial capital and is awaiting approval from the International Financial Service Centre Authority (IFSCA) to commence operations. Dividend Recommendation: The Board of Directors, at their meeting held on July 28, 2026, recommended a final dividend of Rs 110 per share for the year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
