This is to inform you that in accordance with the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall remain closed from January 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financials results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025.
