South Indian Bank Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2025 and to recommend consideration of Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if any, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
