We hereby inform you that, in accordance with the the Letter of Offer dated June 27, 2024, and the basis of allotment finalized in consultation with the Registrar to the issue and the BSE Limited, the Rights Issue Committee of the company at its meeting held today has approved the allotment of 15,38,46,153 fully paid up equity shares of face value of Rupees 10 each issued on rights basis, at an issue price of Rs. 13 per equity share (Including a premium of Rs. 3 per share) to the eligible applicants.
