Recommend dividend, if any, on Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2025 Further, pursuant to the 'Code of Fair Disclosure, Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders' of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, is closed from April 1, 2025 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of results on April 28, 2025.
