Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025 (copy enclosed). 2. Limited Review Report (Standalone & Consolidated) for the aforesaid quarter duly signed by the Auditors of the Company (copy enclosed). 3. Shri Rakesh Kumar Sharma would ceased to be Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company w.e.f. close of working hours of 12th November, 2025 due to superannuation. 4. Shri Naveen Sorot, who is currently working in our Company as Vice President (Finance) has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (KMP) w.e.f. 13th November, 2025. The requisite disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.
