Pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 amended from time to time and effective April 01, 2019 and as per the terms of the Code for the Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities of Ashoka Buildcon Limited, the Company informs that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from January 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ending December 31, 2024 to the Exchanges.
