In continuation to our letters dated March 14, 2024 and March 16, 2024, we wish to update that Ashoka Buildcon Limited (the Company), has acquired balance 4,53,60,030 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up, from GVR Infra Projects Limited held in GVR Ashoka Chennai ORR Limited (CORR), a Subsidiary Company. CORR has now become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company post acquisition of these shares.
