Further, as intimated earlier vide our letter dated September 26, 2025, we inform you that, pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (RMTL's Insider Trading Code) by the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Wednesday, October 1, 2025 up to Sunday, November 9, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of announcement of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results (Stand. & Conso) for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025.
